A highly reputable company based in Abuja is interested in hiring a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services and increase brand awareness. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities, develop marketing plans, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase company brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans for product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, sales presentations, and product sheets.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.


  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
