Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and developing a database of potential candidates
- Screening resumes and Scheduling interviews with potential candidates
- Conduct employment verification of all shortlisted candidates
- Assisting in the development of recruiting strategies
- Participating in team meetings and activities
Drafting Job Descriptions: Sourcing and managing job boards
Requirements: All Applicants must;
Have a first degree with second class upper (2:1)
Be able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and a strong interest in entrepreneurship
Be tech and digital savvy
Have great communication skills and be a great team player;
Be a great thinker with strong autonomy
Be proactive and enthusiastic
