Responsibilities
- Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Responding promptly to queries.
- Communicating with clients through various channels.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Resolving complaints.
- Process forms, orders, requests and applications.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Ability to multitask

- Proactive approach to support
- Efficient with the use of CRM Software.
